Service Description

I offer structured mentoring services designed to support students, educators, and individuals with diverse needs, particularly in special education settings. My mentoring approach includes: One-on-One and Peer Mentoring: Tailored support for mentees, whether they are students, new teachers, or individuals with disabilities, focusing on academic, social, and personal development. Goal-Oriented Guidance: Assistance in setting and achieving educational, career, and life goals, including transitions to higher education, employment, and independent living. Skill Building: Development of self-advocacy, communication, executive function, and social skills to foster independence and confidence. Emotional and Professional Support: Providing a safe space for mentees to discuss challenges, build resilience, and receive encouragement, which is especially valuable for new educators and students facing unique barriers. Inclusive Community Building: Promoting authentic inclusion by connecting individuals across abilities, breaking down social barriers, and fostering a sense of belonging within schools and organizations.
